What is the WooCommerce Profit Calculator?
A WooCommerce profit calculator shows what each order earns once every cost is counted. WooCommerce itself is free and takes no commission, so your costs are the payment gateway (WooPayments and Stripe charge 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards), product and shipping costs, marketing and the monthly hosting, plugins and themes spread across your orders.
Profit = price + shipping − product cost − shipping cost − gateway fees − marketing − fixed costs ÷ orders. A $45 product with $5 shipping, a $14 cost, $6 postage and $8 of marketing earns $19.75 per order at 120 orders a month and $60 of fixed costs — $2,370 a month. It also shows how many orders cover your fixed costs.

- Set Payment gateway % and Gateway fixed fee for WooPayments, Stripe, PayPal or another gateway.
